A Moment · 7:42 a.m.

The first warm coffee of the year, six weeks earlier than you remember.

A glass roof is not, really, about the room. It is about the morning you didn't expect — the light cutting cleanly through April, the rain you can hear but not feel, the small pleasure of being outside without the cold telling you to come back in.

Quietly, in Warwickshire, we make a sort of architecture
that turns the back of a house into the front of one.

Rain on glass. The garden, lit. Nowhere you'd rather be.

A well-built glass room earns its keep on the worst nights, not the best ones. The wind goes round you. The lamps come on. The garden, finally, becomes the view it was always supposed to be.

All FAQs →
Generally, planning permission isn't required for a veranda or garden room — most fall under permitted development. We always recommend confirming with your local authority, and on every survey we'll talk you through it.
On average a veranda takes 1–2 days; a glass garden room 3–6. We never rush — it takes as long as it needs to be done correctly.
Typically 25–50%, depending on the complexity of your project. We accept BACS, card, cheque or cash — but not American Express.
Of course. Visit our Rugby showroom by appointment (Mon–Thu 8–3, Fri 8–1), or our surveyor will bring physical samples to your home.
